Yoona Baking is a cake shop operating on a front-store, back-kitchen model, aiming to revamp its sales and customer flow through renovation to meet the demands of young customers for high aesthetics and immersive experiences. The renovation must be completed with a limited budget without interrupting business operations. The goals include increasing store visibility, enhancing the in-store sales experience, creating a visually appealing space aligned with young customers’ aesthetics, and supporting a comprehensive brand upgrade. The renovation focuses on a 30-square-meter space, utilizing phased construction with full customization and on-site assembly to ensure efficiency and minimal disruption to daily operations. The design maximizes the existing structure, avoiding large-scale demolition to control costs while achieving a refreshed space. It integrates the cake display, interactive baking area, and cashier functions to optimize flow and deliver a visually stunning presentation, transforming a traditional cake shop into a modern retail space that aligns with young customers’ aesthetics and consumption habits. Ultimately, the project aims to enhance store visibility, customer experience, and operational efficiency, injecting new vitality into the brand.
