Courtyard Home

The project site is relatively narrow and elongated. Therefore, in the initial stages of architectural design, our primary focus was on maximizing land utilization while creating a comfortable and livable spatial experience. The design concept revolves around “enclosing the courtyard and integrating nature into the interior.” Through meticulous planning, the courtyard is arranged to surround the building as much as possible, enhancing spatial openness while ensuring privacy and a strong connection with nature.

In terms of spatial organization, the building adopts a “dumbbell-shaped” layout, allowing the main living spaces to benefit from natural light and scenic views from multiple orientations. The extensive use of floor-to-ceiling glass, courtyard corridors, and semi-open transitional spaces creates a seamless integration between indoor and outdoor environments, blurring boundaries and enabling residents to experience the rhythm of nature and the tranquility of the courtyard from any location within the home.

The architectural style follows a modern and minimalist approach, incorporating large glass curtain walls, wooden finishes, and natural stone materials. This combination not only lends the building a contemporary aesthetic but also imbues it with a warm and inviting texture. The overall design ensures both functionality and comfort while adding depth to the spatial experience and a unique architectural identity, making it an ideal residence for a modern, high-quality lifestyle.
