Dover Heights
This case is a two-story detached house. The first floor has a recessed garage to form a sheltered entrance, while avoiding the oppressive feeling of the street, releasing the buffer space. The white walls and super-white glass railings form a sharp contrast, adding to the contrast and layering of the design.
The overall shape of the building is simple and flowing. The local twisting and chamfering treatment makes the building facade more lively and natural. The exterior wall uses a large area of glass curtain wall, which integrates the indoor and outdoor spaces, increases the indoor lighting and ventilation. The exterior wall is painted with white cement paint, with a delicate texture, highlighting the sense of luxury. The floor-to-ceiling window design allows the interior to be filled with natural light. The interior decoration adopts simple lines and colors, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
