The super-long horizontal windows ensure that every room in the interior can get the best sea view. The protruding balconies on each floor form gray space, which can also reduce the discomfort caused by the reflection of sunlight on the sea surface. The recessed space increases the layering of the building, making it more modern.

The facade of the building uses large glass curtain walls, which bring in plenty of natural light and create a bright and transparent interior space. The glass curtain walls can seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces, making the indoor space more transparent and open.
