Located within the Sydney Fish Market, this project seamlessly blends a modern luxury Hong Kong-style Cha Chaan Teng with harbor marine aesthetics, breaking the stereotype of traditional casual eateries. Inspired by the sea, the public dining area features fluid, wave-inspired ceilings and panoramic floor-to-ceiling glass curtain walls, effortlessly bringing the rhythmic motion of waves and sweeping views of Sydney Harbour indoors. The layout is thoughtfully partitioned into a bright, open main dining room, a moody and luxurious wine corridor, high-end private dining rooms infused with Eastern Zen aesthetics and Gongfu tea tables, and a multi-functional private KTV lounge. Through a rich interplay of terrazzo ice displays, dark marble, metallic accents, and refined leather, bathed in ample diffused natural light, the design preserves the vibrant energy of Hong Kong seafood dining while elevating it to an internationally sophisticated level—creating a new coastal dining landmark that fuses gastronomy, scenery, and luxury.
